We ship our kombucha in insulated packaging with cold packs to ensure it arrives at your doorstep at the optimal temperature. We recommend refrigerating it immediately upon arrival.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
