Due to the perishable nature of our fermented kombucha, we are unable to accept physical returns, but we are committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your gut-health journey. If your order arrived damaged or didn't meet your expectations, please reach out to our team within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Shipment
Upon arrival, please check your Health-Ade bottles for any signs of leakage or breakage that may have occurred during transit.
- 2.Document Issues
If there is a problem with your order, take a clear photo of the damaged product and the shipping label on the outside of the box.

- 4.Resolution
Our team will review your request within 2 business days to process a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement case.
